And then, we sold our van in Australia and moved to Europe. We had to learn a whole lot of new stuff. There’s a lot of conflicting information out there, and not all of it up to date.
These are the guides we wish we had at the beginning. They are written after our 5+ years on the road full time.

Who are we?
Hey there! We are Nigel and Sue. We’ve spent our lives travelling, backpacking and camping.
In 2020 when international travel halted, we bought an empty cargo van and converted it into our home on wheels. We spent 3.5 years travelling around Australia in that van.
In June 2024 we came to Europe and bought a factory-built campervan, and we’ve been slow travelling Europe (and North Africa) since.
